Yazdi coffee is a combination of ground coffee beans with spices, which makes its character warm and its taste unique.
What is the special reason for this product?
Yazdi coffee is a special method prepared from coffee that brings you a special and hearty taste and is a traditional method of processing coffee.
The cardamom, rose water, and cantaloupe present in it evoke a different taste and aroma from other coffees, and this is the reason for the national registration of Yazdi coffee in the country’s intangible heritage list.
Coffee is obtained by roasting and grinding coffee beans, and it is one of the most consumed and popular drinks in the world.
However, during the several centuries that Yazdi coffee has entered Iran, changes have been made in the preparation process in Yazd province, and in this way, it has opened its place in the customs and culture of Yazd.
Gradually, this product has become an inseparable element in Yazd religious ceremonies and is a symbol of the localization of a non-Iranian drink on the cultural interactions of the people of Yazd.
The history of making Yazd coffee goes back to the Qajar era.
In 1998, in Yazd province, with the efforts of Atlas Kafi Collection and the cooperation of Yazd Cultural Heritage Department, Yazdi coffee was registered in the list of intangible works.
For the first time, Atlas Coffee production unit (Raham Sharif Kavir) after many trials and errors and testing different coffees, succeeded in producing Yazdi coffee powder in a ready-to-cook form with a very easy-to-use method.
This coffee is offered to our dear customers in very healthy and different packages with healthy apple macchus.
